Community Growth & Operations Intern

Regala Labs is an AI-native fintech building compliance and surveillance infrastructure for prediction markets. The team is Stanford founders and ex-Google / ex-Amazon engineers, backed by Pareto Holdings and the first investors in Kalshi and Polymarket.

We're hiring a Community Growth & Operations Intern to support day-to-day execution across community, events, growth, and operations. This role sits at the intersection of community building, content, user research, and recruiting.

What you'll work on

• Coordinate team check-ins, standups, and day-to-day operational logistics
• Host events, workshops, community dinners, casual gatherings, and meetups
• Create content, campaigns, and onboarding flows that grow our community and user base
• Conduct user research, talk to users, and gather ecosystem feedback
• Support recruiting through events, referral networks, and direct outreach

Requirements

• Sociable, energetic, and comfortable engaging with new people and communities
• Strong sense of taste around tone, culture, and user experience
• Understanding of platform dynamics, internet culture, and content distribution
• Strong execution ability and willingness to move quickly
• Available to relocate to San Francisco for the summer

Nice to have

• Prior experience at an early-stage startup
• High agency and ownership mindset
• Interest in cooking and organizing group meals (we have an unlimited grocery budget)
• Familiarity with East Asian food, culture, or social environments
• Experience collecting user feedback or talking with customers
